We are an established cleaning company with around 40 employees. We provide a familial and pleasant working environment where we care for our employees. Many of our staff have worked with us for a long time, which we see as proof that we are a valued and secure employer. We work closely together with a focus on quality, responsibility, and good service.

We are now looking for a responsible and structured person for a combined role as a team leader and office administrator. The role is central to the operation and involves both administrative tasks and daily contact with staff and customers. The position suits you if you are calm, service-oriented, and enjoy planning and coordinating work.

Responsibilities

- Scheduling and planning of staff

- Coordination and follow-up of cleaning assignments

- Customer contact via phone and email

- Administrative tasks related to daily operations

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

- Fluent Polish in speech (and preferably writing)

- Good organizational skills and a structured approach to work

- Detail-oriented, service-minded, and composed

- Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Previous experience in similar work is an advantage, but not a requirement. We place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability.
